We are the Leading Manufactures and Suppliers for VCC Controlled Low Vacuum Chambers.The VCC allows automatic digital vacuum cycle process control.Chamber is evacuated to vacuum setpoint with LV pumping system.Operator may manually ‘burp’ the chamber before the chamber reaches setpoint.Operator may manually input a second/third etc. setpoint once the previous setpoint has been reached. Subsequent setpoints must be in a sequence of increasing pressure so as NOT to reset the soaktime timer.Chamber is held at vacuum setpoint for soak time, and then vented(Operator can manually override the vent).

Product Details:

The Vacuum Tank will be of vertical construction and will be made out of SS 304 material &    will be manufactured from 6 mm thick sheet. The Vacuum Tank will be provided with a flange on the top which will be welded to the tank and will be finish machined. At the bottom a torrispherical dished end which will also be made out of 6 mm thick sheet will be welded to the main tank.  The Tank Door will also be a torrispherical dished end of height 150mm (including the flange). The Dished end will be provided with a flange of the same size as the Tank top flange and will have a dovetail groove for the `O' Ring. The Opening and Closing of the Vacuum Tank Door will be done using a Pneumatic Cylinder of appropriate stroke and the Pneumatic Cylinder will be provided with position indicators(OPTIONAL).
