These valves are of Partial Conductance Electro Pneumatically operated Angle Valves of 16mm & 25mm bore size. The valve components, which will be in the vacuum field, will be made out of SS304 material. Both the Inlet & Outlet connections will be of KF16 & KF25 STD. as per your requirement. The Angle Valve sealing disc will go up beyond the side port top level so as to insure very high conductance. The Angle valve will have a pneumatic shaft which is connected to the sealing disc through a specially designed flexible joint so as to have perfect closure. The Angle Valve sealing disc will go up beyond the side port top level so as to insure very high conductance.  THE PNEUMATIC CYLINDER IS PROVIDED WITH A 5 PORT ELECTRO MAGNETICALLY OPERATED SOLENOID VALVE (NORMALLY OPEN) SO THAT THE VALVE CAN BE REMOTELY OPERATED.WHEN EVER THERE IS POWER FAILURE, THE VALVE WILL AUTOMATICALLY OPEN AND WILL ADMIT AIR INTO THE SYSTEM. THE SOLENOID VALVE WILL HAVE A MANUAL OVERRIDE SO THAT THE VALVE CAN BE OPERATED MANUALLY ALSO.

All the `O' rings in the Angle Valve will be made out of Neoprene.

The Coil Voltage of the Solenoid Valve will be 240 V Ac 50 Hz for the KF25 Valve & 110V AC for the KF16 Valve.

The Valve will work in the vacuum range of better than 1 x 10-4 mbar or better. It can work round the clock. The valves will be High Vacuum Tested to a vacuum of 8 x 10-5mbar. Necessary Vacuum Test Certificate will be furnished at the time of supply.   

Product Details:

We are offering a Butterfly valve having a bore starting from 25mm to 250 mm. The OD of the valve will be as per your requirement or it will be as IS6076 Vacuum STD. The valve is a quarter swing Electro pneumatically operated valve. The valve can be manufactured from any grade material as per your requirement. The main shaft of the closing disc will be connected to a pneumatic cylinder shaft through a link mechanism. The Pneumatic Cylinder will be provided with Position Indicators(OPTIONAL) which will communicate the position of the valve (open/close). A 5 port electromagnetic solenoid valve will be incorporated for opening or closing the main valve. With an auxiliary screw on the main solenoid valve, the same operation can be done manually also in case of power failure. Necessary stoppers will be provided for controlling the opening and closing travel operation.  All the “O” rings used for the valve will be made out of Viton/Neoprene.Matching flanges on both the ends of the Valve can be  provided with necessary fasteners as per your requirement at addtional cost
