VACUUM CHAMBER/RESERVOIR: The Vacuum Chamber will be of Horizontal construction with dimension of 800mm ID x 1000mm long including the end dished ends. The chamber will be fabricated out of 6mm thick MS material. The Approximate capacity of the chamber will be 506 liters. The Inside of the Vacuum Chamber/Reservoir before final welding, two coats of epoxy coating will be provided for rust prevention. Finally, the completed tank will be powder coated on the OD with a color of your choice.
All the welding will be done under TIG welding process using Argon as the shielding gas & will be done by our qualified welders only who are qualified by M/s NPC QA, M/s BVQI, M/s IGCAR QAD & M/s IRCLASS. Our qualified welders will do all the welding only. Only MS brushes will be used for cleaning the weld joints & all the welding will be done in clean area free from dust, oil etc. The Vacuum Chamber will be cleaned thoroughly with detergent/alkaline based soap solution and with Acetone before vacuum testing.
The Vacuum Chamber/Reservoir will be provided with the following ports:
Ø 2”/50KF Evacuation Port - 1No
Ø Air Admittance Port - 1No.
Ø Vacuum Dial Gauge Port - 1No.
Ø Vacuum Gauge Port - 1No.
For using both the pumps, Actuator Operated Ball valves will be provided so that after a duration of 8hrs, the evacuation process will switch over to the other pump with the help of timers provided in the Control Panel thru which one valve will be get switched off & the other valve will open. A Header will be provided from the main vacuum line which will be mounted with support and will be placed at a height of 2 meters from the ground level so ease of operation.
Suitable supports will be provided for mounting the chamber vertically. Also lifting lugs will be provided for lifting purpose. Suitable Stand fabricated from Angles/Square Pipes will be provided for mounting all the Rotary vacuum pumps along with the plumbline which will also be powder coated. Suitable jack bolts will be provided for levelling the stand. The Inside of the Vacuum Chamber/Reservoir before final welding, two coats of epoxy coating will be provided for rust prevention. Finally, the completed tank will be powder coated on the OD.
